About the Role
As our Member Experience, you are the face of ENQOR. This is a client-facing role with a strong focus on membership sales and relationship building. Every phone call, text message, and conversation is an opportunity to help someone begin their wellness journey while delivering the premium experience ENQOR is known for. What You Will Do
- Membership Sales: Conduct warm outbound calls and follow up with prospective members using our CRM to meet or exceed monthly membership goals.
- Convert Leads: Successfully convert introductory offers and trial clients into recurring memberships. Follow up consistently and create a clear, personalized path from first inquiry to membership.
- Deliver Premium Hospitality: Welcome every client with warmth and professionalism, answer phones, texts, emails, and online inquiries, build genuine relationships, recommend memberships and retail products, and celebrate member milestones to drive retention.
- Manage Operations: Handle accurate class scheduling, process retail purchases, and respond promptly to client inquiries.
- Maintain the Standard: Assist with opening and closing procedures, support studio events and promotions, keep the studio impeccably clean and organized, and report maintenance or equipment issues promptly.
What We Are Looking For
- Sales-Driven: You enjoy building relationships, confidently recommending memberships, and following up with prospective clients.
- Experienced: 1+ year of customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales experience is highly preferred.
- Articulate: You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and project confidence when speaking with new people.
- Detail-Oriented: You can multitask smoothly in a fast-paced environment without letting small details slip.
- Bonus Points: Previous experience in boutique fitness, wellness, or using CRM software like Axle or Mindbody.
Compensation & Benefits
- $15/hour base pay plus uncapped commission on membership sales.
